ORA-01017

Analysis:

 When we tried to access the remote database (when it was shut down) objects via database link, system throws an error,


Error:

 ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
ORA-02063: preceding line from APEX_EBS_DBLINK
01017. 00000 -  "invalid username/password; logon denied"
*Cause:    
*Action:

Error at Line: 1 Column: 28

Solution:  Up the remote database and access.
