Upload Application/Workspace Files to Oracle APEX Application

Step 1: Create a file.

Step 2: Upload a file.

Go to shared components, under files you can see the option static application files/static workspace files, you just upload your CSS file there.

Shared Components => Files => Static Application Files/Static Workspace Files

Static Application Files: Files, which are in this location can be used only for that particular application. (Reference: #APP_IMAGES#apexaccountmenu.css)

Static Workspace Files: Files, which are in this location can be used to all the applications sharing the workspace. (Reference: #WORKSPACE_IMAGES#apexaccountmenu.css)

Here I am giving an example to print the page numbers dynamically in the RTF (Rich Text Format) template. Step 1:  Go to page footer and copy and paste the below script.
